Married Couple Suing New York City Leaders Over Denial of IVF Benefits

According to an article posted by The Guardian, former New York assistant district attorney, Corey Briskin and his husband, Nicholas Maggipin say the state’s definition of infertility discriminates against same-sex couples and file a class-action lawsuit against New York City, Mayor, Eric Adams, former mayor Bill de Blasio, and other leaders in a what is being called a landmark case for the rights of gay men who want to conceive children in the United States.
